These Terms of Service govern your use of the Slide AI platform (kurs-ishi.uz). By creating an account, running tools, or paying for features, you agree to these terms. The text is practical and aligned with the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
Acceptance
Visiting the site, registering, running AI tools, or topping up your balance constitutes acceptance of these terms. If you disagree, do not use the service.
We may update these terms. Material changes are posted on the site; the update date appears at the top of this page. Continued use means you accept the revised version.
Service and definitions
Slide AI is a multilingual online platform for creating presentations (PPTX), essays, reports, quizzes, flashcards, and other study/work documents with AI. Brand: Slide AI; primary domain: kurs-ishi.uz.
“User” means anyone with an account or using the service. “Content” means your prompts, settings, and AI outputs. “Credits / balance” means funds or limits used for paid generations.
Account and security
Some features require an account via email, Google, or Telegram. Information you provide must be accurate and current.
You are responsible for keeping your password and access secure. If you notice unauthorized activity, email [email protected] immediately. We may limit or delete accounts for security or rule violations.
License to use
We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to use the Slide AI interface and tools for personal or educational purposes, subject to these terms.
Copying platform code, scraping, reverse engineering, attacking the service, or unauthorized access is prohibited. Free trials and plan limits may be enforced technically.
AI content and accuracy
Text, slides, images, and documents from AI are automated assistance. They may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or unsuitable for academic requirements.
You must review results before publishing, submitting, or using them commercially. Slide AI does not guarantee error-free AI output and is not responsible for plagiarism risk or third-party requirements.
Intellectual property
The Slide AI brand, design, software, and marketing materials belong to the platform. You may not copy or commercially exploit them without permission.
You confirm you have the rights to prompts and materials you submit. Compliance with law and school/university rules when using AI output is your responsibility.
Billing and subscriptions
Paid features are billed from your wallet or subscription. Prices are shown on the site in UZS; there are no hidden fees. Payments are processed via Payme and Click.
Plan limits, duration, and benefits are shown at activation. After successful payment, credits or a subscription are applied to your account. Bank/provider fees may follow their own rules.
Refunds
Successful generations and used credits are generally not fully refunded automatically.
If there is a technical failure, double charge, or clear service error, email [email protected] with the transaction ID, time, and a short description. We will review the case and may offer credit return, a re-run, or another fair remedy.
Prohibited use
You may not create illegal, harmful, fraudulent, violent, or discriminatory content, content involving exploitation of minors, or content that infringes others’ rights.
Do not attack the service, scrape it, automate abuse, spam, or harm other users. Accounts that break the rules may be limited or removed; serious cases may be reported to competent authorities.
Availability and changes
We aim for reliable uptime, but interruptions may occur due to maintenance, third-party outages, or force majeure.
We may change tools, pricing, limits, and the interface with notice or when required by law. Generated files are usually kept for a limited time (e.g. 7 days) — download them promptly.
Limitation of liability
The service is provided “as is.” We aim for reliability but do not guarantee no outages, delays, data loss, or AI errors.
To the extent allowed by law, Slide AI’s total liability is limited to what you paid for the relevant service. For important academic, financial, or legal decisions, review AI output yourself.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are interpreted under the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan. Disputes should first be resolved by negotiation.
If no agreement is reached, disputes are handled as provided by the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan. Mandatory consumer rights are not limited by these terms.
